Been a good week. Had an okay christmas. Got stuff I wanted, and one thing I didn't expect-- a DVD player! We can't get the thing to work right yet, but... Soon enough!
2001. T-minus 4 hours, fifteen minutes left of 2000. Jeez. Where did this year go? My bet is on "Behind the fridge." Why? That's where all things you can't find end up, of course.
Oh, and this IS the start of the new millenium, folks. There was no year 0. Thank Dennis the Short (anglicized version of his name. I can't remember the real one, but I remember that.) Why do I get the feeling we'll hear Also Sprach Zarathrustra (theme from 2001) a lot this year?
